At the beginning of 2023, the NZCA Executive Committee reviewed the NZCA Strategic Plan. Membership Feedback was sought through an online survey to understand our members' views better and ensure these were replicated in the Strategic Review. The Administration Report 2022 identified progress, trends, strengths and areas for development, backed up by data obtained. These documents gave the NZCA Executive a basis for the revised Strategic Plan, which now reflects member's voice and current areas for development identified.
Below is the NZCA Draft Strategic Plan. The NZCA invite submissions of suggestions or amendments, which are to be received by Friday, 19th May, ready for review at the NZCA Executive meeting on Sunday 21st May.
