AGM Information

The NZ Curling Association 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held in the Oturehua Hall at 8 pm on Friday, 10th May 2024.   

Council and Club Secretaries, please pass this information on to your members. This is a reminder that all correspondence is emailed (by Notice of Motion 2016 AGM).  

A reminder that both the Idaburn Council and Naseby Council are holding their AGMs prior, at 7 pm:  Idaburn Council will be in the Oturehua Hall, and Naseby Council will be in the Supper Room. 

Important Dates

Information is required to be sent to the NZCA Secretary by 5 pm on Monday, May 6th 2024.  All information is to be sent to nzca.secretary@curling.org.nz

• Notice of Motion
• Club Contacts (Secretary and President)​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

After collating this information, the Agenda (including Accounts and Reports) will be distributed to Club Secretaries by Wednesday, May 8th, 2024.  

Registrations

Changes to Incorporated Societies Act

There are changes to the requirements of being an Incorporated Society which NZ Curling is working through.   Part of this requirement is for all members of NZ Curling to be registered to their clubs and have given consent to be a member, all Clubs are to be registered to NZCA.   

Club Members may also wish to register for NZ Curling to ensure they are on a communcations database.  see the 'Individual Registration' below. ​​​​​​​
